Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase at Bellottio. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Items that have been used, customised, or damaged through wear and tear are not eligible for return. If the product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can provide a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing faults or shipping errors.
